Their story began in the quietest way—when Naufal saved Afong’s Instagram username after catching a glimpse of it on a friend’s screen. A simple curiosity turned into a small conversation in December 2019, and soon that small conversation grew into something he looked forward to every day.
As January 2020 unfolded, the comfort between them felt natural, effortless. Until finally, on January 20, 2020, Naufal gathered the courage to confess his feelings marking the true beginning of their journey.

The Promise

With time, his intentions became unmistakably clear. Naufal wanted to love with certainty, to commit with honesty, and to build a future with purpose.
On April 15, 2025, he asked for Afong’s hand an intimate, heartfelt moment that sealed their promise. Their engagement wasn’t just about a ring; it was the start of a shared vision, shaped by sincerity and guided by faith.
